2. Eligibility

3. Services & Quotes
Information on our website describes typical offerings and is for general guidance only. Formal scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in a written quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. We may decline projects that conflict with our policies, applicable law, or professional standards.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Changes in manuscript length, complexity, rush requests, or third-party requirements may affect price and schedule. We will communicate material changes before proceeding when reasonably possible.
4. Author Content & Rights
You retain ownership of your original manuscript and other materials you supply, except for rights you expressly grant us to perform the services. You represent that you own or have secured all rights needed for the content you submit, including text, images, trademarks, and third-party excerpts.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of biographical, bibliographic, and marketing information you approve for publication.
5. Payments
Fees are due according to the payment schedule on your invoice or checkout page. Card payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Work may be paused or canceled if payment is late or declined.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled by mutual agreement, any unused prepaid balance for unfinished work may be handled as described in your service agreement.
6. Communications (Email & SMS)
By checking a consent box or otherwise opting in, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, and SMS about your inquiry, appointments, publishing projects, and related service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time, or email us to update your preferences.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Transactional messages about an active project or payment may still be sent as needed to fulfill your request.
7. Website Use

OUR WEBSITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
11. Limitation of Liability
